Dear CSA Member, It is salad season for sure! A lot of the lettuce's are ready at the same time so please enjoy them while they last. Lettuce will not grow in the heat of the summer so it will only be around for a short time. Now is the time to get creative with your salads, and also try some new homemade salad dressings. We have plenty of vinegar available on our marketplace along with delicious olive oil from our friend's family olive farm in Greece. It is just delicious and very enjoyable on a fresh salad. And, we have been planting autumn crops in the fields, harvesting for CSA shares, washing and packing along with weeding in between. It's a busy month for sure! Enjoy this week's harvest! Storing Tips:
Lettuce / Mustard Greens- Rinsed in a well-drained salad spinner in the refrigerator.
Boc Choi- Rinsed in a well-drained salad spinner, or wrapped in a damp cloth in the refrigerator.
Radishes- Rinsed and stored in the refrigerator.
Transplant- Store in a sunny area, or plant right in the ground making sure there is full sun, and use as needed.

Fruit Shares begin the fifth week of delivery.
Marketplace Ordering Deadlines is 12 pm every Friday.
