Week 19 is here, and it seems like time is flying by with only four deliveries left. The last CSA pickup will be on November 4, 5, or 6, depending on your pickup day. It feels like we just started... where did the time go!? We hope you have been enjoying your CSA shares this season. We will open our new 2025 registration in November with great early bird discounts, so keep an eye out for that. We are truly grateful to grow fresh certified organic produce for you and your family.
In your shares this week, you will find some staple items for a fall soup along with a crisp fresh salad. We have received great feedback on the Arugula this season and were able to do one more harvest for your shares this week.I made this Arugula salad the other day and it was just delicious! (I did leave out the mint) https://oursaltykitchen.com/citrus-salad/
Last day to place a marketplace order is November 1st at 12pm.
Stock up on honey and maple going into the winter. Both will keep and be a treat during the cold before we start our CSA deliveries once again next June. We have great locally made pastas, vanilla, flours and more. The Marketplace stock does start to run low toward the end of the season so please place your orders early to make sure you receive the products you would like.
Best,
Candice, for everyone at the farm
