Dear CSA Members, This will most likely be the last week for peppers. They are just about done producing for the season. In your shares this week you will notice a return of some springtime vegetables such as Arugula, Mustard, and lettuce. You will also be getting butternut squash and potatoes this week. You have the option of a fresh salad or warm soup. A nice option to have this time of year. Here on the farm things are starting to wind down for the season. Our farm stand is open for 2 more weeks and the CSA has another 5 more weeks ending (Mon. Oct 31. Tues. Nov. 1. and Wed. Nov. 2) If there are any items that you would like to stock up for the winter through our marketplace, or get for gifts please order soon. Once items are sold out that will be it for the season. We just had the last batch of our honey delivered this morning from our beekeeper. That is always a good winter item to stock up on! The ordering deadline is Fridays by 12 pm. Enjoy the Harvest! Candice for everyone at the farm
