Fall Farm visit Sunday September 4!
Farm Visit Itinerary: 145 Garcia Lane, Leeds NY 12451. Sunday, September 4th. 11:30 AM - 3 PM
11:30: Arrival, Welcome!
12-12:30: Lunch. We have the grill hot and will have pork, Stoneledge vegetarian chili made by Kim and Mickael of Paradis to Go (http://paradistogo.com) as well as grilled Sweet Corn. There will be fresh fruit, Stoneledge Farm Coffee, and water. We ask that members bring a dish to share so that lunch is a giant potluck get-together. If possible, please bring your place settings, utensils, and cup.
12:45: Farm Walk with Farmer Pete (about 45 min. to an hour long)
Hay Wagon Rides will go the whole time, ending at 2:30.
You can take a self-guided field walk anytime.
Pumpkin Decorating! Each child is invited to decorate a pumpkin to take home. The pumpkin station will be open during the whole farm visit.
Our Pick Your Own flowers are available that day so if you could bring a pair of scissors as well that day that would be great. 3:00: Farm Visit Ends. Thank You for making the trip!
