Let's Get Cookin!

Potatoes-  Potato Leek Soup OR Potato Frittata

Leeks- Potato Leek Soup OR Creamy Mushroom & Leek Chicken Breats

Winter Squash- Cut in half and steam/bake until tender.  Add a little maple syrup, scoop out and enjoy!

Tomatillos- Roasted Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Shishito Peppers-  5 Minute Blistered Shishito Peppers 

Ancho Pepper- Stuffed Poblano Peppers OR Slice and use a garsih to add a little spice to your dish

Storing Tips: 

Tomatillos- in a bag in the crisper drawer.
Cilantro- make a sauce/ or salsa and use as needed.  
Hot & Sweet Peppers- in a bag in the crisper drawer.
Leeds- covered in a towel placed in the crisper drawer.
String Beans- in crisper drawer. 
Tomatoes- leave out in the kitchen. 
 

To Freeze:

Peppers - Tomatoes - Beans
 

To can/ Preserve:

Tomatoes, Peppers
 

How to blanch produce to Click Here for freeze for a later date.
 

Not to Freeze, and Use Up: 

Leeks, Cilantro
