Mushroom: Shiitake Grown by Bulich Mushroom Farm

Garlic Scapes: Garlic Scape Pesto OR 10 Things to Do With Garlic Scapes
Spinach: Spinach Pesto
Lettuces: Roasted Beets OR The Best Chicken Salad
Mizuna: 157 Mizuna Recipes
Frisee: Wilted Curly Endive OR
Green Curly Kale: Kale Chips OR Sauteed Kale

Greens/Lettuces- Rinsed in a well-drained salad spinner or wrapped in a damp cloth in the refrigerator.
Garlic Scapes- In the refrigerator crisper drawer.
Beets- Rinsed and stored in the refrigerator crisper drawer.
Cabbage- Covered in the refrigerator crisper drawer.
To Freeze/ Preserve:
