Dear CSA Member, There are just three more delivers left of the season. The final delivery takes place on November 12. As we near the end of the season please place your orders for honey, maple, coffee, sriracha, vinegar, and chocolate if you are interested. (stock is limited this time of year) The products are all from small family farms, farmers that we know and help support the Marketplace. They make great holiday gifts and you might want to stock up for the long cold days ahead as well. There are many bulk amounts of vegetables and fruit available as well.

Storing Tips:
Lettuce, Arugula, and Greens - in a salad spinner in the refrigerator. Onions, Potatoes- in the crisper drawer, or a cool dark area.
Parsnips, Celeriac, Beets- in the crisper drawer.
To Freeze: Kale - Arugula - Brussels Sprouts - Beets - Parsnips
